Senior Software Engineer, Customer Solutions

Job Description

Own the engineering experience for external payload partners integrating with Muon's software platform and run customer-facing technical exchanges and design reviews. Author and maintain customer-facing developer guides and track metrics for the customer payload-integration experience.

Requirements: Candidates should have a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, along with strong fluency in modern C++ and Python. A minimum of 7 years of professional software engineering experience is required, including experience with service interfaces and integration across organizational boundaries.
