Software Engineer, Web Infrastructure

Job Description

You will be a core engineer on the Web Infrastructure team, focusing on improving Notion’s web client performance and development velocity. You will lead projects that reduce time to render a Notion page and build tooling that helps product engineers.

Requirements: You have around 8-10+ years of experience building and optimizing large web applications in React or similar frameworks. Proven track record improving real-user performance metrics at scale is essential.
