Forward Deployed Engineer, Deepgram for Restaurants

Job Description

You will deploy Deepgram’s voice AI platform into complex restaurant environments, ensuring technical excellence and meaningful business outcomes. This includes embedding with customer teams, leading technical discovery, and adapting the platform to meet unique operational requirements.

Requirements: Candidates should have strong software engineering skills and a deep commitment to customer success. Experience with voice AI technologies and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment are also important.
