Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and build core services for the CTGT, Inc. platform, focusing on system decomposition and state management. You will also architect internal APIs and develop end-to-end solutions to ensure the reliability of the Policy Engine.

Requirements: The ideal candidate should have deep experience in building distributed systems and a strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or TypeScript. They should also possess strong technical opinions on software design and the ability to balance research-level AI capabilities with production-ready engineering.
