Job Description

The Software Engineer (Tier-2) provides Tier-2 support for the Streaming Hub application, troubleshooting customer issues and maintaining UI components. They collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements: Candidates should have experience programming in Python and/or Go, along with troubleshooting web applications and distributed systems. A basic understanding of frontend technologies, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS is also preferred.
