Lead/Principal Performance Engineer

Job Description

Lead performance efforts across multi-team projects by designing traffic models and implementing automation strategies. Coach and mentor engineers while ensuring performance is a core part of the product development process.

Requirements: Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in Java and performance tuning. Familiarity with AI tools and distributed systems is preferred.
