Job Description

The Software Engineer Team Leader is responsible for application development, modification, and maintenance of applications, as well as monitoring system applications to ensure they run smoothly. This role also involves assigning and directing the work of team members and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve sustainable solutions.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree and seven years of related experience are required for this position, along with experience in test-driven development and agile processes. Candidates should also possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
