Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

The Lead Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and maintenance of software systems while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and certification standards. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate system requirements into software requirements and overseeing software project management activities.

Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree and an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance, along with 9+ years of software development experience and 5+ years of experience in designing and developing software using languages such as Python, C/C++, C#, and Java. Excellent communication skills are also required.
