Senior Bioinformatics Software Engineer

Job Description

The Senior Bioinformatics Software Engineer will modernize and refactor the existing codebase into a modular architecture, develop REST APIs, and optimize workflows in AWS. Additionally, they will provide operations and maintenance support, ensuring high availability and compliance with federal guidelines.

Requirements: Candidates should have a strong foundational knowledge of HIV molecular epidemiology and experience with bioinformatics tools. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and JavaScript is required, along with experience in AWS cloud environments.
