Software Engineer

Job Description

The role involves building and maintaining intelligent systems for managing operational alarms and developing integrations with generative AI services. Additionally, the engineer will contribute to an automated triage and ticketing engine and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements: Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with 3+ years of software development experience and 2+ years in designing scalable systems. Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and AWS services is also required.
