Job Description

The Senior Staff Software Engineer will define the technical roadmap and architecture for the Access AI Platform, ensuring high availability and reliability. They will lead the design of advanced agent orchestration layers and mentor other engineers within the organization.

Requirements: Candidates should have 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in architectural design and production deployment of GenAI technologies. A bachelor's, master's, or PhD in a related technical field is required.
