The Senior Mechanical Engineer Assessor will be responsible for conducting assessments of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, vertical transportation, and fire/life safety systems at existing properties and performing design peer reviews for new developments. This role includes delivering high-quality reports, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with client expectations.
Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction administration or property assessments. Preferred qualifications include MEP design experience and relevant certifications such as ASHRAE and LEED.
