Industrial Engineer - Level 2

Job Description

The Industrial Engineer will set up, scale up, and optimize production lines while analyzing production data and workflows for continuous improvement. The role involves coordinating with leaders and stakeholders to align strategies and implementing training and tools for maximizing production output.

Requirements: Candidates must have 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 0 years with a Master's degree, along with experience in production line analysis and complex manufacturing environments. Preferred qualifications include strong project management skills, experience with cross-functional projects, and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
