**HVAC Project Manager / Mechanical Engineer (MEP)**  

**Location:** Pittsburgh, PA

**Job Type:** Full-Time

**Salary:** $100,000 -- $110,000/year

### What You'll Do

* Serve as the lead HVAC/Mechanical Engineer and primary technical contact for assigned projects.
* Design HVAC systems, perform engineering calculations, select equipment, and prepare construction documents.
* Develop and review design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
* Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, and internal engineering teams throughout project execution.
* Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and overall technical quality.
* Participate in client meetings, design reviews, field surveys, and site visits.
* Review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and other construction documentation.
* Prepare project specifications, cost estimates, and bidding documents.
* Support construction administration by resolving field issues and providing engineering guidance.
* Mentor junior engineers and ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and industry standards.

### What You'll Need

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
* 5--10 years of HVAC/Mechanical Engineering experience in a consulting engineering environment.
* Experience designing HVAC systems for commercial, healthcare, institutional, industrial, or similar building projects.
* Experience managing projects and serving as the primary engineering contact for clients.
* Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
* Experience performing HVAC load calculations, equipment sizing, and system design.
* Experience supporting projects through construction administration, RFIs, submittals, and site observations.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* PE license preferred but not required
