Director Business Transformation (Special Projects)

Job Description

The Director of Business Transformation will lead transformation initiatives within the Transmission organization, focusing on process improvement and organizational effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with leaders to identify opportunities and implementing innovative solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Requirements: Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in the utility industry and relevant certifications such as PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma are also desired.
