Job Description

The Civil Engineer Director will oversee a team of civil engineers and manage all phases of civil and site design project development. Responsibilities include staff management, project management, and ensuring technical leadership across projects.

Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in civil/site engineering, preferably within Indiana, and possess strong technical expertise. A Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana is required or the ability to obtain licensure.
