Job Description

The Civil Engineer will lead the design effort on municipal projects, ensuring high-quality client experiences and effective team collaboration. Responsibilities include managing client communications, design decisions, and influencing future project pursuits.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 6 years of civil engineering experience. A Professional Engineer license in Indiana or the ability to obtain it is required, along with experience in client interaction and collaboration with local governments.
