Mechanical Engineer Team Lead

Job Description

The Mechanical Engineer Team Lead will provide technical direction and mentoring for a team of engineers, overseeing the complete design process from concept to final review. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success and address design-related issues in manufacturing.

Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, along with at least 10 years of experience in mechanical design and team leadership. Proficiency in SolidWorks and strong communication skills are also required.
