Job Description

Drive the development of innovative manufacturing processes for Tesla's battery cell production. Characterize existing processes and establish controls to improve robustness and efficiency.

Requirements: A degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering is required, along with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Candidates should have a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience with materials characterization techniques.
