Job Description

The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, support, and optimize incentive compensation solutions on the Varicent platform while integrating data from various sources. Responsibilities include developing data models, managing compensation calculations, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience in software application development or a High School Diploma with 8 years of experience. Strong expertise in Varicent SPM, Snowflake, and data integration is required.
