Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description

The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead and manage an electrical engineering group, focusing on team growth and performance while serving as Engineer of Record on complex projects. This role also involves mentoring junior engineers, building client relationships, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license, along with over 10 years of experience in electrical engineering. Strong leadership skills and knowledge of relevant codes are essential, as well as the ability to mentor junior staff.
