Integrated Product Team Lead (Onsite)

Job Description

Lead a multidisciplinary team in designing, analyzing, building, integrating, and testing hardware for an advanced hypersonic weapon system. Ensure compliance with performance and cost targets while managing cost, schedule, technical execution, procurement, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements: Candidates must have a STEM degree with at least 10 years of experience, prior task leadership, and an active Secret security clearance. Preferred qualifications include a Top Secret clearance, flight test experience, and experience managing large teams.
