Mechanical Engineer Team Lead

Job Description

The Mechanical Engineer Team Lead will provide technical direction and mentoring for a team of engineers, overseeing the complete design process from concept development to final review. They will collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure project success and provide technical support to manufacturing teams.

Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, along with at least 10 years of experience in mechanical design and team leadership. Proficiency in SolidWorks and a strong understanding of mechanical design principles are essential.
