### - We require at least 5 years of IT help desk experience. - We require prior MSP experience. - We require reliable transportation and a current drivers license. - We need strong customer service aptitude. - We need the ability to self-schedule and plan small engagements. - We need strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - We require excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. - We need the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business needs. - We require a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively on a team. - We need the ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations. - Preferred: certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network, or Security, Microsoft Associate/Expert, VMware, Apple, or Citrix. - Preferred: a bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - Preferred: strong networking skills.

- We provide remote IT support across a wide range of systems and platforms. - We solve complex technical issues with patience, curiosity, and a service-first approach. - We work closely with teammates to deliver consistently excellent client experiences. - We continuously learn new technologies and keep sharpening our technical skills. - We go onsite for hands-on installations, configurations, and troubleshooting when needed.

We are Endsight, a fast-growing California-based managed IT services provider supporting small and mid-sized organizations, including nonprofits. We help clients make their technology perform reliably so they can focus on their core mission, and we also support cybersecurity through vulnerability assessments, protection planning, staff training, and ongoing best practices. This is a fully remote role, but team members must live in Californias San Francisco Bay Area, including the East, South, and North Bay. We encourage use of our Napa office for collaboration, and periodic in-person meetings and team events are held there. Travel to local client sites may also be required as business needs arise. We offer medical coverage with the company paying 100% of the base plan for the employee and family, dental and vision, a 401(k) with employer match, accrued paid time off, 9 paid holidays, and career pathing. The pay range is $28.84 to $43.25 per hour.
