### Must have:

### - We require completion of an electrical apprenticeship with 8,000 hours or a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. - Alternatively, we consider military experience in roles such as Navy Nuclear Electronic Technician or Electricians Mate. - We also accept electrical start-up and testing experience with circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, PLCs, and capacitor banks. - We require the ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written. - We need someone who is available for approximately 50% travel. - We need flexibility to work Monday through Friday between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., with possible nights, weekends, and holidays depending on customer needs.

Responsibilities:

- We install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and adjust customer equipment, including repairing or replacing components as needed. - We prepare and deliver documentation such as test reports and service summaries to customers. - We train customers and internal personnel on equipment operation and maintenance. - We perform warranty work and startup service. - We build and test circuits and equipment using tools, computers, workstations, circuit diagrams, and test instruments. - We provide technical support for product service, product applications, and product training. - We analyze complex equipment and machinery issues, review maintenance manuals, and isolate faults using our knowledge of systems and electronics. - We consult with product support and engineering teams to resolve challenging system operation problems. - We share customer feedback on product enhancements and existing designs with the appropriate technical specialists. - We assist with design changes, implement those modifications, and support their installation. - We develop and roll out training materials and deliver training to customers and other service representatives. - We build and maintain strong customer relationships focused on equipment repair and maintenance. - We maintain our service tools, equipment, and documentation. - We contribute to small project coordination and execution at customer sites, including end-of-life work, modernization, and upgrades. - We support Level 2 and Level 3 field service representatives with electrical equipment removal. - We interpret blueprints and service documentation, including specifications, reporting, and quality requirements. - We complete basic audits of customer electrical systems and equipment. - We document all required site information in technical reports. - We coordinate with the Project Coordinator to help ensure smooth execution. - We properly document, label, and return defective parts to the designated repair or disposal location.
