### Must have:

### - We require at least 3 years of direct experience with the Trident II D5 Fire Control System, gained in an enlisted, officer, or contractor role. - We require an active Secret security clearance and eligibility for a Top Secret clearance. - We require U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a government security clearance investigation for access to classified information. - Preferred qualifications include a bachelors or masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline. - Preferred experience includes serving as an instructor or weapons system evaluator for Trident II D5 SWS Launcher and Fire Control systems. - Preferred background includes knowledge of supporting ship systems, such as Ship Control. - Preferred experience includes exposure to other weapon platforms, including Air Force Minuteman III or Sentinel systems, or COLUMBIA- or VIRGINIA-class submarines.

Responsibilities:

- We define system requirements and technical specifications for integrating Trident II D5 Launcher and Fire Control operations into a VR training simulator. - We conduct training events and usability evaluations with U.S. Navy fleet participants, using their input to improve simulator effectiveness and training value. - We support a broad range of test and evaluation activities, including full-scale testing at government test sites and aboard Navy platforms. - We analyze data from current and future weapon systems to identify vulnerabilities or performance degradation and share findings with operators in the field. - We help shape future weapon system designs to support robust, secure, and resilient solutions.
