### Must have:

### - We typically look for 5 to 10 years of industrial experience in an electro-mechanical capacity. - We need strong electro-mechanical aptitude. - We value excellent verbal and written communication skills. - We seek strong time management and organizational ability. - We prefer a self-driven, highly motivated individual. - Familiarity with process industries such as water/wastewater and electric utilities is preferred. - Experience supporting municipal project coordination or management is preferred. - Proficiency with ERP platforms, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce is preferred. - We prefer an engineering or engineering technology degree, with BSME or BSEE preferred.

Responsibilities:

- We will train you on our product line, target industries, and actuator applications so you can become fully proficient. - We need you to handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and prepare quotations independently as your knowledge develops. - We expect you to build expert-level understanding of our industries and the applications where our actuators are used. - You will serve as a technical specialist for our product family. - You will conduct application reviews and technical discussions with customers and our sales and application teams. - You will prepare accurate specifications, quotes, and submittal packages. - You will support pre-sales and post-sales work, including troubleshooting and sizing calculations. - You may provide field start-up assistance, training, and troubleshooting to support correct installation and operation. - You will create design requests for engineering to support customer orders. - You will support our field sales engineering activities. - You will manage municipal water and wastewater projects from initial scope through commissioning. - You will work with our customer service team to help ensure smooth order fulfillment and a positive customer experience. - You will attend occasional industry trade shows as an exhibitor. - You may contribute to special initiatives tied to product development, marketing, website content, literature, instructions, and social media. - You may take on additional duties as our organizational needs evolve.
