### Must have:

### - We require a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline. - We look for experience taking new design ideas from concept through development and into deployment or mass production. - We expect proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Windows operating systems. - We require experience with power management and power monitoring systems. - We prefer at least 5 years of project management experience in data centers or similar critical infrastructure. - We value knowledge of critical data center equipment. - We value familiarity with engineering documentation, electrical diagrams, and standard operating procedures. - We prefer understanding of building codes and regulations such as Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHA. - We value experience in data center engineering operations with strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure. - We prefer experience reading and interpreting construction specifications and drawings across all disciplines.

Responsibilities:

- We train and support internal customers and stakeholders in the creation, design, configuration, validation, installation, commissioning, and operation of BMS and EPMS systems. - We provide technical support to operations throughout the data center lifecycle. - We review quarterly maintenance outcomes and action items for BMS and EPMS and drive resolution. - We develop scope of work, schedules, budgets, and level of effort estimates for BMS and EPMS projects. - We manage the scope, schedule, financials, and execution of BMS and EPMS improvement projects in our data centers. - We support procurement activities, including RFQs, RFPs, responses to RFIs, vendor proposal reviews, and purchase order issuance. - We participate in our global on-call rotation to deliver immediate technical support to live data centers. - We attend project meetings, coordinate with project leads, and report progress to controls and stakeholder leadership. - We support commissioning activities for controls projects in our data centers. - We review, implement, troubleshoot, and refine control sequences of operation and provide feedback to the design team. - We develop and modify control logic programming and graphical user interfaces. - We manage multiple stakeholder deliverables and navigate complex situations. - We oversee the financial management of BMS and EPMS service contracts. - We regularly visit assigned operating data centers locally to troubleshoot issues, meet customers, and supervise vendor work for compliance with scope, design, sequence of operation, and local codes.

In this role, you will work with our global controls team on building management systems and electrical power monitoring systems across data centers. This position is based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, with an annual base salary range of 111,300 to 186,100 USD.
