Transportation Engineer

Job Description

Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Transportation Engineer to their Peoria team!

Responsibilities:  

* Conduct general civil engineering services and design transportation projects for State, County, and Local Agencies
* Design residential/commercial projects
* Design roadway, underground utility and infrastructure improvements
* Conduct studies (stormwater, traffic, and other engineering studies)
* Prepare detailed engineering plans/specifications  
* Coordinate permitting with various agencies
* Manage project from start through completion on time and within budget

Requirements:  

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
* 5+ years of experience in municipal and highway transportation projects
* PE License
* Proficient in Open Roads and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D

Salary is commensurate with experience.
