Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

As Lead Software Engineer, you will own the architecture and shared data model across the internal platform while setting engineering standards for the team. You will also mentor engineers and partner with the VP of Systems to ensure the systems built meet the needs of the business.

Requirements: Candidates should have 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a full-stack range and a background in building internal business systems and integrations. Experience with mentoring or leading engineers and a pragmatic approach to managing tech debt is also required.
