Job Description

Provide advanced civil engineering expertise and project management leadership for complex infrastructure projects. Support business development through technical input, client engagements, and proposal development.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an active Professional Engineer (PE) license are required, along with a minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects effectively.
