* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Mechatronics Engineering
* Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the Aerospace industry
* In-depth knowledge of different metals, their properties, and applications for engineering design.Strong familiarity with military standards, parts, and fasteners.
* Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proven track record in the design, analysis, and implementation of aircraft structural components and systems.
