### Must have:

### - We typically require a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and at least 2 years of relevant experience. - We require experience with electrical and electronic testing. - We require the ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives access. - We require active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance before the start date. - We require U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. - We require the ability to obtain an interim U.S. government-issued security clearance before the start date. - We require a DoD Secret clearance. - We prefer hands-on experience with hardware integration and troubleshooting. - We prefer experience in a manufacturing environment. - We prefer strong written and verbal communication skills. - We prefer the ability to develop durable solutions to recurring technical issues. - We prefer experience with data analysis.

Responsibilities:

- We troubleshoot product hardware and provide accurate rework instructions. - We create and maintain spares and the test equipment obsolescence plan. - We prepare Basis of Estimates to support added capacity, new capabilities, and equipment obsolescence planning. - We lead projects to reduce test time and improve test processes using predictive metrics, failure trends, and test yield analysis. - We develop test flows and contribute to test capacity analysis. - We maintain updates to the test equipment technical data package, including drawings, test instructions, test position manuals, and system software. - We assist with non-routine fault isolation, diagnosis, and repair of product or test equipment. - We lead root cause and corrective action investigations and present findings using fault trees and knowledge point plans. - We perform risk assessments and support program risk register reviews. - We lead projects and are accountable for execution. - We work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
