### Must have:

### - We require a STEM degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree where permitted by law. - We require an active and transferable U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance before the start date. - We require U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens can obtain the required clearance. - We require experience capturing, analyzing, and decomposing system requirements. - We require experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues across all phases of the system lifecycle. - We require experience working with customers, end users, hardware design teams, and software design teams. - We require the ability to work onsite in a classified lab environment. - We require the ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities:

- We lead systems requirements modeling activities in a Model-Based Systems Engineering environment using SysML and Cameo. - We serve as a systems architect or systems engineering focal point to capture, analyze, decompose, model, translate, and define requirements for large, complex systems. - We mentor the team in developing functional, interface, and performance specifications for hardware and software implementation, including architecturally significant requirements and technical risk areas. - We support technical proposal preparation and act as a subject matter expert in non-advocate, internal, and customer reviews. - We work directly with customers and stakeholders, using strong verbal and written communication to build effective relationships. - We develop technical and product roadmaps as well as competitive assessments in our area of expertise. - We recommend and implement improved approaches, tools, and techniques based on metric and defect trend analysis. - We develop and use prognostic metrics for system design and development, review defect trends, identify root causes, and drive process improvements.
