### - We require experience developing functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures. - We require hands-on experience with RF measurement equipment such as power meters, spectrum analyzers, vector signal generators, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes. - We require a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - We require 5 years of experience creating and executing test plans for complex aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics systems. - We require 5 years of experience designing and integrating test systems for hardware and PCBA validation. - We require 3 years of scripting or programming experience in Python, MATLAB, C, or LabVIEW. - We require the ability to collaborate across multiple technical disciplines in a production or manufacturing environment. - We prefer a masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent background. - We prefer experience working with cross-functional teams to take products from concept through production. - We prefer 10 years of hands-on experience with RF subsystems, PCBAs, power supplies, IMUs, sensors, or high-speed signal characterization. - We prefer experience developing test plans and protocols aligned with established space hardware test standards such as GEVS or SMC-S-016. - We prefer experience bridging technical gaps across engineering disciplines and driving data-backed process improvements. - We prefer experience with PCB/CCA design, schematic capture, Design for Test, Design for Manufacturing, hardware validation, and configuration control. - We prefer experience with the software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. - We prefer experience with test automation frameworks such as NI, Python, C/C , or LabVIEW, and modern software practices such as source control, code reviews, and CI/CD. - We prefer a strong record of presenting design reviews and delivering final performance data packages to internal and external stakeholders. - Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, a U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum due to export control requirements.

Responsibilities:

- We architect, design, build, and sustain RF test systems for satellite payload and avionics units across production and on-orbit support. - We own end-to-end test planning by translating verification needs into testable specifications, creating test procedures, and leading test readiness reviews. - We align with electrical, mechanical, thermal, software, firmware, and manufacturing partners on verification strategy. - We design and deliver test hardware, fixtures, and tooling that improve throughput, yield, and fault detection. - We build quantitative models for test coverage, reliability, and throughput to support trade studies and process decisions. - We automate and refine test processes to achieve production rate and first-pass yield targets. - We perform root cause analysis on test failures, lead corrective actions, and continuously improve production test systems. - We support existing factory processes hands-on while also helping define and design future test systems. - We troubleshoot test systems, analyze data to isolate issues, and develop practical engineering solutions. - We contribute to a highly collaborative satellite manufacturing environment with process development, test hardware and software development, and test execution supporting 24/7 operations.
