### Must have:

### - A bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering is required. - At least 4 years of experience designing and debugging industry-standard computing platforms is required. - Experience with hardware, firmware, or software development and test methodologies is preferred. - Familiarity with key server technologies is preferred, including Intel, AMD, ARM multi-core processors, DDR4/DDR5, NAND memory, and PCA design.

Responsibilities:

- We work with customers and internal cross-functional teams to identify the root cause of hardware issues down to the component level. - We conduct engineering investigations into major customer field and production line escalations involving hardware concerns. - We monitor test failure patterns in NPI and implement corrective actions to improve production test yield. - We design and develop debug tools that enhance troubleshooting efficiency and the overall debug workflow. - We train technicians and debug team members on new and existing debug procedures and product troubleshooting methods. - We support internal communication of techniques and processes for our worldwide RMA and service centers. - We drive best practices across our global operations, RMA, and service sites. - We manage reliability requirements for CSP and enterprise accounts. - We facilitate discussions around reliability strategy. - We perform other duties as assigned.
