### Must have:

### - Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on critical power systems, electrical distribution, and mission-critical infrastructure in operational settings - Deep understanding of critical facility electrical systems, including power distribution, UPS systems, generators, ATS, STS, and emergency power equipment - Practical knowledge of mechanical systems, building controls, fire protection, and security systems as they relate to electrical infrastructure - Experience with Building Automation Systems and integrated facility management platforms - Strong planning and scheduling capability, supported by excellent organizational skills - Effective communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and drive progress toward deadlines - Strong interpersonal judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively - Ability to coordinate effectively with internal airport teams, customers, and contractors to reach workable agreements - Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project - Electrical certification such as a PE license, Master Electrician credential, or equivalent is strongly preferred - Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred - Experience in airport or aviation facility operations is preferred - Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:

- Monitor electrical system performance, identify discrepancies and trends, and share findings with operations teams and stakeholders - Plan and manage preventive and emergency maintenance for all critical electrical systems, including inventory planning for backup and replacement parts - Coordinate maintenance activities with external service providers and electrical subcontractors to ensure quality installation and upkeep - Provide 24/7 on-call support for urgent electrical incidents, outages, and equipment failures - Troubleshoot emergencies and technical issues to restore service quickly and minimize disruption to airport operations - Create and maintain SOPs, ERPs, and MOPs to support consistent and effective infrastructure operations - Oversee recurring maintenance tasks such as generator testing, load bank testing, transfer switch testing, switchgear inspections, power quality analysis, and infrared thermography - Deliver field technical support focused on redundancy, reliability, maintainability, uptime, and long-term planning - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs across critical electrical operations - Administer onsite safety compliance, including Qualified Electrical Worker training and NFPA standards - Inspect critical infrastructure to confirm operational readiness and service level compliance - Provide ongoing technical guidance and vendor oversight to ensure contractual performance standards are met
