Recruiting Sourcer - Contract - NYC

Job Description

The recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand open roles and execute high-volume sourcing to build qualified pipelines. They will also maintain candidate records and provide regular updates on sourcing insights.

Requirements: Candidates should have at least 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience across both GTM and technical roles. Strong command of GTM talent markets and sufficient technical literacy for software engineering roles are essential.
