Lead Software Engineer - Mainframe and Java

Job Description

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and troubleshoot end-to-end solutions across mainframe and Java platforms. You will also drive automation improvements and lead the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices.

Requirements: Candidates should have formal training or certification in software engineering and at least 5 years of applied experience. Advanced proficiency in Java and experience with z/OS mainframe capabilities are essential.
