The Industrial Engineer Business Specialist III leads continuous improvement initiatives and collaborates with teams to optimize manufacturing processes. This role involves identifying root causes of issues and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.

Requirements: Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience with continuous improvement methodologies and a strong background in manufacturing environments. A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering is preferred, along with skills in data analysis and project management.
