Staff, Software Engineer

Job Description

The Staff Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure and AI/ML frameworks. This role involves driving the full software lifecycle and collaborating across teams to translate complex user needs into actionable solutions.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in software engineering, or 6 years of experience without a degree. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and experience in creating inclusive digital experiences.
