Job Description

As Practice Leader, you will lead the growth of the Civil Engineering practice throughout Northern California and oversee the successful delivery of civil engineering projects. You will also develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.

Requirements: Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in civil engineering consulting and proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and major projects. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) registration in California are required.
