Job Description

The Distribution Design Manager/Senior Manager will lead a team of designers and engineers, managing distribution design and engineering projects while cultivating client relationships. This role also involves driving staff development and supporting business growth.

Requirements: Candidates should have 7 to 10+ years of experience in Distribution Design, with a focus on complex designs, and hold a Bachelor of Science or higher in relevant engineering fields. A Professional Engineer license and proficiency in CAD software are required, along with leadership and client communication skills.
