Forward Deployed Engineer (W2 ONLY)

Job Description

The Forward Deployed Engineer will lead end-to-end technical onboarding and write custom integration code while serving as the primary technical liaison for the client's IT and Engineering teams. They will also troubleshoot client-specific production issues as the highest escalation point.

Requirements: Candidates must have experience in technical implementation and client advisory roles, with skills in programming languages such as Python and Java. The position requires the ability to translate ambiguous workflows into concrete project plans and handle tier-3 troubleshooting.
