Job Description

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will build and advance AI systems at the frontier of biology to accelerate scientific discovery. You will design novel model architectures and post-training systems that drive biological discovery and engage with the scientific community.

Requirements: Candidates should have significant experience in building and scaling deep learning systems, ideally in research-driven environments. Strong engineering fundamentals and communication skills across technical and scientific audiences are also required.
