Principal Software Engineer - Developer Platform Engineering

Job Description

The Principal Engineer will define and own a capacity evaluation methodology for a portfolio of services and build a developer platform engineering practice. Responsibilities include establishing performance standards, designing automated evaluation pipelines, and coaching teams on performance-first design.

Requirements: Candidates should have 15+ years of engineering experience, with 8+ years in performance engineering or related fields. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end ecosystems is required, along with experience in workload modeling and application performance monitoring.
