As a Customer Service Engineer, you will service XP Imaging Equipment in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, including installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. You will also manage financial performance within your territory and ensure superior customer satisfaction through effective repairs and training.

Requirements: Candidates should have a minimum high school diploma, with a technical associate degree preferred, and at least 2 years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer. Proficiency in tools and service test equipment, as well as strong customer service and communication skills, are essential.
