Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure

Job Description

You will build the platforms and abstractions that power Decagon's products and own the deployment architecture in customer-owned cloud environments. This includes ensuring reliability, monitoring, and incident support for the systems that AI agents depend on in production.

Requirements: Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in core infrastructure or DevOps, with deep knowledge of cloud providers and technologies like Terraform and Kubernetes. A strong grasp of cloud networking fundamentals and a track record of operating production systems reliably are also essential.
