Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure

Job Description

You will build the platforms and abstractions that power Decagon's products and take ownership of deployment architecture in customer-owned cloud environments. This includes ensuring reliability, monitoring, and incident support for the systems that AI agents depend on in production.

Requirements: Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in core infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps, with a strong background in cloud providers and Kubernetes. Experience with customer-facing deployments and a track record of operating production systems reliably is also required.
