Lead Software Engineer with Java or Python programming & DevOps & Platform Engineering Hybrid

Job Description

Lead the design and development of scalable, resilient platform solutions supporting trading operations. Drive hands-on engineering across the software lifecycle, including development, testing, code reviews, release management, and production support.

Requirements: Candidates must have a strong Java development background with 10-15+ years of programming experience, and a DevOps + Platform Engineering mindset. Heavy Python scripting expertise and cloud experience (preferably AWS) are also required.
